Ordering
To order, please email item codes to SG Mums & Kids at sgmumskids@yahoo.com. All items are under pre-order, unless otherwise stated. Delivery from overseas will take 3 weeks, thereafter SG Mums & Kids will proceed to mail out items to customers.
Shipment
All items will be posted within 2 business days once the stocks arrived. Items will be
bubble-wrapped. Free normal mail for all items within Singapore. Registered Mail (cost
of $2.25) is recommended as we will not be responsible for missing items via normal post. Bulky items up to 3kg are recommended to be mailed via SmartPac at S$4.70.
Return Policy
SG Mums & Kids will check individual piece to ensure quality before mailing out. If item is spoilt during delivery, we will replace one at no cost. However, if there is any change of mind on your side, SG Mums & Kids does not entertain refund or exchange. Please consider properly before making an order.
